Paleo Blueberry Cheesecake

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

CRUST

 

 

 

FILLING

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

 

Procedure:

 

  1.  CRUST: Press the Bars into a flat dish to make crust
  2. FILLING: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the filling on top of crust and freeze!
  3. Dizzle with Seed butters of fresh fruits if you want!

How aboutresipes with no gluten, sairy, soy or nuts? Some of us can’t eat them.
I am a big fan of thee of your high protien bars. Don’t like the sunflower butter and jelly—too sweet.
