Paleo Blueberry Cheesecake
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- CRUST: Press the Bars into a flat dish to make crust
- FILLING: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the filling on top of crust and freeze!
- Dizzle with Seed butters of fresh fruits if you want!
