Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Say goodbye to boring, bland oatmeal! It’s hard to get excited about a lot of the healthier breakfast alternatives. But with the powerful taste of all the fruits combined with the nutty flavors of the almond milk, almonds, and almond butter, this is sure to brighten your morning. The coconut tops it all off to give your bowl a unique taste and the quinoa gives it some texture and protein. This breakfast bowl is sure to wake you up in the morning and get you enthused for your day!

Ingredients: 

  • 3 ½ oz almond milk
  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter

Process: Add almond milk and quinoa to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir in honey. Add the quinoa, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and almonds to a bowl. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and drizzle almond butter. Enjoy!
