Adam has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. His passion for teaching is very strong and looks forward to transferring his knowledge to his clients and students.
He's adopted a whole foods plant-based lifestyle, which enabled him to thrive in all aspects of his life. He's also been involved with martial arts and yoga, and learned the importance of connecting the mind, body and spirit to be in top physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Adam is the co-host of The Plant Trainers Podcast which helps people improve their quality of life through nutrition and fitness.
