Karen loves coaching kids & helping them develop a healthy love for the sport. Her main priority is to maintain her health, continue to improve her skills, strength and speed.

1. What is your favorite place to hangout in?

If I'm not outside, preferably somewhere with a lot of trees then I honestly like being home.

2. What book have you read that made a big impact on you?

How Bad Do you Want it by Matt Fitzgerald
A Life Without Limits by Chrissie Wellington

3. What are your guilty pleasures?

All things Chocolate 

4. What item/s can you never live without?

My running shoes and my bike.   

5. What is your workout song/playlist?

Pretty varied - it includes music from The Grateful Dead, Zac Brown Band, Bruno Mars, Coldplay. Metallica, Dave Matthews Band, Linkin Park, Maren Morris, Pink, Need to Breathe, Queen, Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban.

5. What is your favorite AMRITA product?

The High Protein Bars are my favs.
