For two years, my wife has been asking me to make a chocolate mint protein bar. I didn’t want to rush it. I wanted it to be perfect.
Chocolate Mint came from her favorite flavor and two years of testing, tweaking, and perfecting. This bar took nearly two years to get right, adjusting the cocoa, fine tuning the mint, and making sure it tasted just right.
I didn’t want to release something that was just “okay.” I wanted it to be something special. Something I’d be proud to put our name on.
After lots of testing, tasting, and recipe adjustments, we finally nailed it. Decadent chocolate with the perfect hint of mint. A bar that hits the balance of rich chocolate and cool mint without overpowering either one.
