spirulina mermaid smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

3 bananas, frozen

1/2 avocado

60 ml unsweetened almond milk 

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder 

1/2 tsp spirulina 


Directions:

  1. Thaw frozen bananas for 5-10 minutes. 
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. 
  3. Garnish with chia seeds, blueberries, blackberries and dragon fruit.
