Dates have been around for thousands for year across various regions of the world. Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. Its a good source of energy, sugar and fiber. Essential minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc are found in dates. It also contains vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin A and vitamin K. Dates form the base of all of bars.

Quinoa is considered a complete protein, which makes it a perfect food for vegans! This superfood is also high in magnesium, iron, copper and phosphorus. We used air-popped quinoa to add crunch and superfood to the bars!

Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E. Vitamin E is a critical
antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals in the body and promotes anti-inflammatory effects.
Coconut oil is made up of lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid found in mother’s milk that supports healthy metabolism as well as offering anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial properties. The medium chain fatty acids get used as energy rather then being stored as fat in the body. Unlike other fats, coconut oil is high in medium-chain fatty acids that help us to lose weight, lower cholesterol, improve diabetic conditions and reduce the risk of heart disease.
BROWN RICE PROTEIN
