    Apple and Flax Seeds Porridge

    Apple and Flax Seeds Porridge

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup flax seed

    1/2 cup apple sauce

    1 tsp cinnamon

    2 tbsp agave

    1 cup cashew milk

     

    Directions:

    To a stove top pan:

    1. Add 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds
    2. Add 1/2 cup apple sauce, plain
    3. Add 1 tsp cinnamon
    4. Add 2 tbsp agave 
    5. Add 1 cup cashew milk 
    6. Place on medium high heat and continue to stir until the porridge thickens, about 10 minutes.

    TIP:

    Avoid overheating as this will make the porridge thick.
