    Banana & Chia Sushi

    banana chia seeds sushi

    Ingredients:

    Nutella or Nutiva Dark Chocolate Spread

    ½ tbsp. crushed toasted coconut

    1 tbsp. chia seeds

     

    Directions:

    1. Peel the banana and place on a plate. 
    2. Using a knife, spread the banana with the dark chocolate almond spread. 
    3. Sprinkle the chia seeds and coconut shavings on top of the banana. 
    4. Freeze for 15 minutes to an hour.
    5. Enjoy!
