  4. Botanically, the coconut fruit is a drupe, not a true nut. A drupe is a fruit in which an outer fleshy part surrounds a pit of hardened endocarp with a seed inside.

1.5 mangos, diced

1/2 c pineapple

8oz So Delicious Coconut vanilla yogurt

1/2 c So Delicious Coconut Milk

1 sliced banana

2 tbsp coconut flakes

1 sliced banana

1/2 mango sliced
