Preheat the oven to 175 C/347 F.
Combine all ground and chopped ingredients.
Pour melted coconut fat and maple syrup over the combined ingredients and mix well. Optional: a dash of vanilla salt and cinnamon
Spread the mixtures in your baking trays. Bake for 10 minutes until granola turns golden.
Turn over and bake for another 3-5 minutes until golden yellow not brown.
Let it cool.
Top with berries or fruits in season.
Store leftovers in airtight containers.
