Ingredients:

Crust: 

2 Sunflower Butter and Jelly Bars

Filling:

1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)

1/2 cup coconut butter

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. For the crust: Press theBars into a flat dish to make crust
  2. For the filling: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the filling on top of the crust and freeze!
  3. Drizzle with seed butters and fresh fruits if you like!
