2 Sunflower Butter and Jelly Bars
1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
For the crust: Press theBars into a flat dish to make crust
- For the filling: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spread the filling on top of the crust and freeze!
Drizzle with seed butters and fresh fruits if you like!
