What is something most people don’t know or would be surprised to learn, about you? 

I grew up as an avid Sailor. I spent most summers of my teenage years sailing on the Chesapeake Bay.

 What motivates/inspires you?

Personal goals are a great motivator for me. I love to set a high goal then systematically work towards achieving it. But I also get inspired by other people striving for and achieving their own goals.

Tell us more about your nutritional philosophy

I’ve been a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan since 2012. I watched “Forks Over Knives” and decided to make the change in my diet. My biggest regret is not doing it sooner. I’m convinced it’s the best way to eat for your Health, for the Environment, and for the Animals.
