What is something most people don’t know or would be surprised to learn, about you?
What motivates/inspires you?
I look to get better every day in everything that I do - from work, to family, to my dryland training, to working-out/competing in the pool. I have been a student of human performance for the past 18 months.....the results......I am swimming faster now as a 63 year old than I was 6 years ago.

I try to eat a balanced diet and as healthfully as my willpower will permit me at that given moment
