2 large ripe avocados
2 tomatoes, dicedÂ
½ lemon, juiced
1 - 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
Parsley, chopped
Basil, chopped
1 tbsp of yogurt
10 spirulina pellets, crushed into powder or 4 grams of spirulina powder
