avocado spirulina dip


2 large ripe avocados

2 tomatoes, diced 

½ lemon, juiced

1 - 2 cloves of garlic, pressed

Parsley, chopped

Basil, chopped

1 tbsp of yogurt

10 spirulina pellets, crushed into powder or 4 grams of spirulina powder

salt and pepper


  1. Halve the avocados and mash with a fork. 
  2. Mix with the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, spirulina powder, and herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
